Prices and Payment

The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as listed. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the method of payment.
Jardinier cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges).
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details.
We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records.

It is our intention to dispatch all orders within 3 - 5 working days from the receipt of payment. However, in unforeseen circumstances please allow up to 21 days for the delivery.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. Oasis Containers Ltd. shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
If any item is not in stock we will use the telephone or e-mail details you have provided to contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed.
Postage/Delivery and packaging will be charged in addition, unless otherwise stated.
The Royal Mail Service will be used as the courier of choice. However, this may be changed dependant on the size of the order placed and the destination required.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

Jardinier warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a defect in a Jardinier product is discovered during the warranty period, Jardinier will replace the product or defective part.
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a full refund including delivery charges within 28 days of the receipt of your returned order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You may cancel your Jardinier order at any stage before the goods are dispatched.

If you are unhappy for any reason with your order, or change your mind, and notify us within 7 working days of delivery, we will exchange or refund any unused items. You can e-mail us by clicking here.
All we ask is that the goods are returned to us, as sold in their original sales packaging, with the original sales details. All goods should be despatched to us within 10 days of delivery. Refunds will be paid within 28 days of receipt of the returned order less shipping costs.

Whether or not you receive the confirmation e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any obligation is not within reasonable control of Oasis Containers Ltd.
Whereas all photographs are of the actual product. We cannot guarantee the that the appearance and/or colour of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colour of the physical products themselves.
All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
